跑酷的冲动

最近年轻人悄然流行了一项运动——跑酷。跑、跳、翻、腾,蹿楼跃嵴。真是酷毙了。看着跑酷精彩的视频,让我似乎能够畅想到远古的人类。估计那时人人都是跑酷高手吧!

我们天天坐在软椅上,躺进沙发里,似乎是在享清福,我们不知我们的力量在哪?或许很多精良的机器早以可以替代我们的骨骼。我们只需要补补钙,吃点维生素也就自给自足了。外在的一切都在进步,都在增强,都在发展。唯有人的本能是在退化,是在削弱,是在萎缩。

机器的气息越来越浓重,而人情的味道越来越少。人体也渐渐的混同于机器,没有了个性,只有流程,没有了感觉,只有数据。没有了自然的天成,只剩下了人为的雕琢。

抑郁或许正是一种挣扎,疯狂或许正是一种抗争,崔健的歌中唱道:‘快让我在雪地上撒点野,因为我的病就是没有感觉’。

我们常劝慰别人,要放松,不要紧张。

其实,倘若没有了感觉,放松不过就是懈怠,就是放浪形骸。倘若没有了感觉,紧张不过就是僵硬,就是循规蹈矩。放松真的能够让我们感到轻松吗?不过是让我们六神无主。紧张真正能造成实在的痛苦吗?不过是让我们马不停蹄。弹簧之所以有力,是因其张弛分明,紧张就拉满弓,放松就软如线。而我们的生活,却是拉不紧,也松不开。有一首老歌唱到:攥不紧的拳头,张不开的手。

攥着的手松不开叫‘拘挛’,松开的手攥不上,叫‘肌无力’。都是病态,都是畸形。

这样的状态,力量还没集中,就已经耗散,没碰到敌人,就已经开战。没装满水袋,就已经漏干,没感染病菌,就已经病倒,都是内耗,都是暗消,都是自相残杀,因为,没有感觉,就没有动力,就没有生活的方向。

自信来源于力量,力量来源于脏腑,肝肾就是力量之源。肾为火药库,肝为兵工厂。恐惧和愤怒都会耗费气血,恐惧是将弹药偷走,愤怒是在朝天开炮。前者暗耗气血,后者挥霍能量。病弱的人气血最容易流失,强壮的人能量更容易挥霍。弱的不舍得用,不用也留不下,强的随意丢,渐渐也把本钱丢光。

如果弱的,时时搜罗强的元素,集腋成裘。那么必有强盛的一天,如果强的,时时警醒自己量入为出,聚焦为火。那么必定是人中龙凤。但人人都易懈怠,人人好逸恶劳。好了伤疤忘了疼。雨过天晴不修屋。但逝者如斯,不舍昼夜。转眼就船到江心补漏迟。悔之又晚!

古人云:分秒必争,时不我待,此二句真是警世之恒言,人生之真经。怎能不时时叨念。处处用心。

人生如无法可循,磋砣亦无从悔恨。但如果有缘得闻天机,却失之擦肩,浑浑噩噩,岂不枉费苍天之厚赐,千年等一回了。

大浪淘沙,淘尽那些无用的沙子,无情的淘尽,不要有什么难以割舍,金子只有一粒,守住那粒金子,这才是生命中的真实,这才是你的灵魂,你的归宿,你今生的梦想。

跑酷,一条线,一无反顾。一气呵成,一以贯之,生活,就是这种感觉,生命,就是这种呈现。没有什么说教。我们天生就知道。

CANCER, DIABETES, & HEART DISEASE CAN BE OVERCOME THROUGH DIET

An Interview with Dr. Tom Wu N.M.D.

Cancer, Diabetes, & Heart Disease can be overcome through diet. Dr. Tom Wu’s breakthroughs with Cancer & Diabetes have earned him the “Remarkable Contribution Award” from the American Cancer Society and the “World Famous Doctor Award” from The United Nations. Jeff: Dr. Wu, you have helped many thousands of people use “Readily Available Foods” to help win the battle against cancer, various forms of heart disease, and even helping people with type 1 & 2 diabetes to stabilize their blood sugar naturally. You use many tools, but mostly it is about Simple Foods. Often times you give seminars to Western Doctors in Europe in groups of over 1000. Do you find that these European Western Doctors are receptive to your methods given you have achieved such phenomenal results? Is there any resistance?

Dr. Tom Wu: Most of the time doctors are receptive to what we are saying. We don’t force them to believe, but we show them the results we’ve been having. I tell them to try the program for 3 months and provide them a scientific presentation, which proves that all of these diseases come from the wrong food. Fried food causes blockage in the arteries, bad circulation, cholesterol, and then Heart disease. They realize these things. Instead of giving a cholesterol lowering drug, we stop them from eating greasy foods. Many of the Doctors find a good result. We use cleansing foods, which are very high in phytochemicals. These are good for cleansing out the cholesterol and homocysteine, which are the main risk factors for heart disease. Phytochemicals are nature’s cleansing agents for ridding the body of arterial plaque. They must come from the food that God has provided us within its natural state, complete with its co-factors and co-enzymes.

Jeff: Lets talk about helping to win the battle against Cancer. You’ve consulted a significant number of people in using “Readily Available Foods” to help win the fight against: Lung cancer, Breast cancer, and even Pancreatic cancer, which is known as being a certain death sentence. Your dietary guidelines have achieved success where most have failed. America spends over 200 Billion dollars annually on Cancer treatment and over 50 billion annually into researching a cure, but you seem to understand the root cause. What is the most important factor for humanity to conquer this epidemic disease Cancer?

Dr. Tom Wu: Cancer is usually caused by a bad lifestyle. Smoking, drinking, going to bed at a late hour, not getting enough exercise, living in a stressful environment, and above all else - eating the wrong foods. All of these things add to the risk factors for cancer.

In my medical practice people come from all over the world to see me for cancer. I tell them I don’t “treat” any kind of Cancer. I don’t treat any kind of disease. I only change the food they eat. It depends on what kind of cancer to say what kind of foods will work. They need to blend certain foods to break open the phytochemicals in the fiber of fruits and veggies. Then I will also give them Qigong and Breathing exercises to help relive the stress. Cancer is also an emotional disease. So the Qigong really helps. Conventional treatment uses 3 invasive methods, which are surgery, radiation, and drugs. These often damage the body so much that the patient suffers beyond repair, but I never advise the patient to refuse western medicine. It is a personal choice. In my practice often times a special high dose of Phytochemicals, from natural foods, can often relive the problem. Lets take breast cancer for instance. Usually if you supply the body with enough phytochemicals that contain Indole-3-Carbinol (I3C), which is plentiful in the cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, & spinach the body will take this and fight the cancer. It is a fierce fighter of breast cancer. If they eat this food everyday as much as they can in a semi-raw state of 108 degrees Fahrenheit, it will be a fierce fighter against the cancer. This temperature will increase the absorption and can be achieved by blending the ingredients in a high powered blender. Most important is to use a high powered, 3 horse power blender, to break out the phytochemicals which are binded to the fibers. This abundance of phytochemicals allows the blood to be cleansed and stimulate the enzyme phase 2 inside each cell. A detoxification enzyme inside each cell, which is called enzyme phase 2. These enzymes need phytochemicals to stimulate their function. Most of the time the diet we eat of cooked and refined foods does not possess them... and for this reason the immune system does not function well. That’s the main reason why people get cancer.

Our dietary methods of guiding patients with cancer has been successful in a significant number of cases. The patient goes on a specialized smoothie diet with various vegetables, fruits and their accompanying seeds, and common garden herbs which are known to be rich in phytochemicals. It all gets thrown in the blender. The type of cancer the person has will dictate which foods are chosen.

Jeff: Food cures have been known about since the time of Hippocrates. How can a simple household food reverse an epidemic like Children’s Autism? Also please talk about what foods will actually stabilize blood sugar naturally for people who were born with Type 1 Diabetes?

Dr. Tom Wu: To heal the body we need to eat a variety of foods. Not just one. We need every variety, because each food has nutrients that other foods do not have. For example, people that have Autism, and this one is easy to prevent. Many times... Autism is caused by vaccinations or flu shots, which contain mercury. When these old age people get the flu shot they also get the mercury. Surely this mercury can cause Autism and cause Alzheimer’s disease too. But in the food Cilantro, lies the solution. The Chinese use Cilantro as a chelating agent to help bring out the Mercury from the body and take care for the problem. But it’s not only the Cilantro that is needed, you need to have a total lifestyle change and a high powered blender to extract all the phytochemicals from the vegetables.

For Type 1 Diabetes, I will use Swiss chard. It is also called red chard and green chard. These are very common vegetables. If people eat these kinds of vegetables everyday,y they will improve their diabetes naturally. Swiss Chard and other specific vegetables contain a high amount of phytochemicals that are “Insulin-like”. With type 1 diabetes, the pancreas does not function, but you can use certain vegetables to regenerate the pancreas and help it secrete insulin again. You can also use certain Indian Herbs like Gymnema Sylvestre and Cumin seed, as these herbs can help rejuvenate the pancreas function to normal. If a high powered blender is used to make a smoothie including these foods then there is a good chance the Pancreas will eventually produce a normal supply of insulin and take care of type 1 naturally.

Type 2 diabetes its what we call a metabolic syndrome because it is usually accompanied by high blood pressure, overweight, insomnia, and cardiovascular disease. Sometimes it is called X-syndrome because it comes with so many problems. Type 2 diabetics have enough insulin, but it doesn’t work. This is called “insulin resistance”, and it too has a natural solution. What you have to do is add 3 or 4 cucumbers to the diet per day and then the insulin function will begin to improve. When the insulin function is restored, then the weight will naturally come down and the sugar will naturally come down.


Jeff: Most people are shocked when you tell them you’re 67 years old. I’ve never seen anyone your age with such a radiant shine to their skin and no wrinkles. You have said that “Juicing” fruits and vegetables actually accelerates the aging process. Why does juicing not prevent, and what makes BLENDING the superior option for any nutrition program?

Dr. Tom Wu: That’s a good question. The juicer is excellent if you want more vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. But, this doesn’t prevent the body from getting older. To prevent aging and chronic disease we need the phytochemicals. When you use the juicer you do not get the anti-aging nutrients at all. Nearly all phytochemicals exist in the skin, fibers, and seeds. When you juice you throw these parts away. Some people use a blender which is less than 3 horsepower and the results have not been the same. A regular blender tastes good, but you don’t break out all the phytochemicals.

Jeff: You also put the seeds in the blender right? Even the avocado seed!

Dr. Tom Wu: Yes I do!. When I eat the avocado I always eat the seed. It is packed with very good nutrients. It has the life force. It is a very high Qi food! It’s also the highest in soluble fiber. This soluble fiber binds to the fat and excess cholesterol. Then we can lower cholesterol and improve heart function naturally. We can improve the blood circulation by pulling out all the fatty deposits in our circulatory system with the soluble fiber of the avocado seed. Soluble fiber is very difficult to get in our diet. Oatmeal has some, but it cannot compare with the avocado seed. Any heart disease patient must eat the avocado including the seed.

三八就是二十三.........

顏回愛學習,德性又好,是孔子的得意門生。

一天,顏回去街上辦事,見一家布店前圍滿了人。他上前一問,才知道是買布的跟賣布的發生了糾紛。

只聽買布的大嚷大叫:「三八 就是二十三 ,你為啥要我二十四 個錢?」

顏回走到買布的跟前,施一禮說:「這位大哥,三八是 二十四 ,怎麼會是二十三呢?是你算錯了, 不要吵啦。」

買布的仍不服氣,指著顏回的鼻子說:誰請你出來評理的?你算老幾? 要評理只有找 孔夫子,錯與不錯只有他說了算!走,咱找他評理去!

顏回說:「好。孔夫子若評你錯了,怎麼辦?」

買布的說:「評我錯了輸上我的頭 。你錯了呢?」

顏回說:「 評我錯了輸上我的冠。」二人打著賭,找到了孔子。

孔子問明了情況,對顏回笑笑說:「三八就是 二十三 哪!顏回,你輸啦,把冠取下來給人家吧! 」

顏回從來不跟老師鬥嘴。他聽孔子評他錯了,就老老實實摘下帽子,交給了買布的。

那人接過帽子,得意地走了。

對孔子的評判,顏回表面上絕對服從,心裡卻想不通。

他認為孔子已老糊塗,便不想再跟孔子學習了。 第二天,顏回就藉故說家中有事,要請假回去。

孔子明白顏回的心事,也不挑破,點頭准了他的假。

顏回臨行前,去跟孔子告別。

孔子要他辦完事即返回,並囑咐他兩句話:

「千年古樹莫存身,殺人不明勿動手。」

顏回應聲「記住了」,便動身往家走。

路上,突然風起雲湧,雷鳴電閃,眼看要下大雨。

顏回鑽進路邊一棵大樹的空樹幹裡,想避避雨。

他猛然記起孔子「千年古樹莫存身 」的話,心想,師徒一場, 再聽他一次話吧,從空樹幹離開。

他剛離開不遠,一個炸雷,把那棵古樹劈個粉碎。

顏回大吃一驚:老師的第一句話應驗啦!難道我還會殺人嗎?

顏回趕到家,已是深夜。 他不想驚動家人,就用隨身佩帶的寶劍,撥開了妻子住室的門栓。

顏回到床前一摸,啊呀呀,南頭睡個人,北頭睡個人!

他怒從心頭起,舉劍正要砍,又想起 孔子的第二句話「殺人不明勿動手」。

他點燈一看,床上一頭睡的是妻子,一頭睡的是妹妹。

天明,顏回又返了回去,見了孔子便跪下說:「老師,您那兩句話,救了我、 我妻和我妹妹三個人哪!您事前怎麼會知道,要發生的事呢?」

孔子把顏回扶起來說:「昨天天氣燥熱,估計會有雷雨,因而就提醒你 『千年古樹莫存身』。

你又是帶著氣走的,身上還佩帶著寶劍,因而我告誡你『殺人不明勿動手』。

顏回打躬說:「老師料事如神,學生十分敬佩!」

孔子又開導顏回說:「我知道你請假回家是假的,實則以為我老糊塗了, 不願再跟我學習。你想想:我說三八二十三是對的,你輸了,不過輸個冠﹔ 我若說三八二十四是對的,他輸了,那可是一條人命啊!你說冠重要還是人命重要?」

顏回恍然大悟,「噗通」跪在孔子面前,說:「老師重大義而輕小是小非, 學生還以為老師因年高而欠清醒呢。 學生慚愧萬分!」

從這以後,孔子無論去到哪裡,顏回再沒離開過他。


這故事讓我想起優克李林有首歌的歌詞 : 如果失去了妳,贏了世界又如何?

相同的, 有時你爭贏了你所謂的道 ,卻可能失去更重要的 ; 事總有輕重緩急之分,不要為了爭一口氣,而後悔莫及!

DEMENTIA - HOW TO AVOID IT

To help ward off dementia, train your brain: *The minute you said you are retired, Dementia starts !!

Timing is everything, comedians say. It's also important when it comes to taking care of your brain. Yet most of us start worrying about dementia after retirement - and that may be too little, too late. Experts say that if you really want to ward off dementia, you need to start taking care of your brain in your 30s and or even earlier.

"More and more research is suggesting that lifestyle is very important to your brain's health," says Dr Paul Nussbaum, a neuropsychologist and an adjunct associate professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine "If you want to live a long, healthy life, then many of us need to start as early as we can.

"So what can you do to beef up your brain – and possibly ward off dementia?”


Dr Nussbaum, who recently gave a speech on the topic for the Winter Park (Fla.) Health Foundation, offers 20 tips that may help.


1. *Join clubs or organizations that need volunteers*.
If you start volunteering now, you won't feel lost and unneeded after you retire.

2. *Develop a hobby or two*.
Hobbies help you develop a robust brain because you're trying something new and complex.

3. *Practice writing with your non-dominant hand several minutes every day*.
This will exercise the opposite side of your brain and fire up those neurons.

4. *Take dance lessons*.
In a study of nearly 500 people, dancing was the only regular physical activity associated with a significant decrease in the incidence of dementia, including Alzheimer's disease. The people who danced three or four times a week showed 76% less incidence of dementia than those who danced only once a week or not at all.

5. Need a hobby? *Start gardening*.
Researchers in New Zealand found that, of 1,000 people, those who gardened regularly were less likely to suffer from dementia. Not only does gardening reduce stress, but gardeners use their brains to plan garden they use visual and spatial reasoning to lay out a garden.

6. *Buy a pedometer and walk 10,000 steps a day*.
Walking daily can reduce the risk of dementia because cardio vascular health is important to maintain blood flow to the brain.

7. *Read and write daily*.
Reading stimulates a wide variety of brain areas that process and store information. Likewise, writing (not copying) stimulates many areas of the brain as well.

8. *Start knitting*.
Using both hands works both sides of your brain. And it's a stress reducer...

9. *Learn a new language*.
Whether it's a foreign language or sign language, you are working your brain by making it go back and forth between one language and the other. A researcher in England found that being bilingual seemed to delay symptoms of Alzheimer's disease for four years. (And some research suggests that the earlier a child learns sign language, the higher his IQ - and people with high IQs are less likely to have dementia. So start them early.)

10. *Play board games such as Scrabble and Monopoly*.
Not only are you taxing your brain, you're socializing too. (Playing solo games, such as solitaire or online computer brain games can be helpful, but Dr Nussbaum prefers games that encourage you to socialize too.) *MAHJONG IS GOOD!* besides which there is the incentive of $.

11. *Take classes throughout your lifetime*.
Learning produces structural and chemical changes in the brain, and education appears to help people live longer. Brain researchers have found that people with advanced degrees live longer - and if they do have Alzheimer's, it often becomes apparent only in the very later stages of the disease.

12. *Listen to classical music*.
A growing volume of research suggests that music may hardwire the brain, building links between the two hemispheres. Any kind of music may work, but there's some research that shows positive effects for classical music, though researchers don't understand why.
13. *Learn a musical instrument*.
It may be harder than it was when you were a kid, but you'll be developing a dormant part of your brain.

14. *Travel.*
When you travel (whether it's to a distant vacation spot or on a different route across town), you're forcing your brain to navigate a new and complex environment. A study of London taxi drivers found experienced drivers had larger brains because they have to store lots of information about locations and how to navigate there.

15. *Pray*.
Daily prayer appears to help your immune system. And people who attend a formal worship service regularly live longer and report happier, healthier lives.

16. *Learn to meditate*.
It's important for your brain that you learn to shut out the stresses of everyday life.

17. *Get enough sleep*.
Studies have shown a link between interrupted sleep and dementia.

18. *Eat more foods containing omega-3 fatty acids*:
Salmon, sardines, tuna, ocean trout, mackerel or herring, plus walnuts (which are higher in omega 3s than salmon) and flaxseed. Flaxseed oil, cod liver oil and walnut oil are good sources too.

19. *Eat more fruits and vegetables*.
Antioxidants in fruits and vegetables mop up some of the damage caused by free radicals, one of the leading killers of brain cells.

20. *Eat at least one meal a day with family and friends*.
You'll slow down, socialize, and research shows you'll eat healthier food than if you ate alone or on the go.

21.*In addition, I think receiving and distributing e-mails every day helps the brain function and exercise

总有一种力量让世界充满希望

总有一种感情让我们泪流满面,生病的时候,它叫亲情;
总有一种向往让我们激动不已,生病的时候,它叫健康;
总有一种力量让世界充满希望,生病的时候,它叫天道。

广州有一位做冰箱配件加工的小企业主张先生,通过朋友介绍找到我,希望接受天道康复的治疗。


我说:“你为什么相信我,相信天道康复呢?”


张先生说:“夏老师,我并没有相信你,至少目前我没有完全相信你,但我不相信现在的医院,想尝试一下有没有新的出路。”

我兴奋了,对张先生充满了好奇,说:“为什么?”

张先生说:“我太太两年前去世,死的时候只有48岁。我和我太太青梅竹马,结婚后一起创业,千辛万苦创下一份不错的家业,这时候她却得了肺癌。开始的时候我们
也听说放化疗对身体伤害很大,坚持不做化疗,只吃一些普通的药物,这样过了半年,虽然有些咳嗽、发热,身体也还好好的,能吃能睡,还能做简单的家务。后来,医生不停的建议甚至恐吓,如果不化疗会怎样怎样,我们经不住医生的劝说,就开始不停的化疗。在以后的治疗中,我太太身体每况愈下。越是癌细胞扩散,就越加大化疗的药量和治疗的频率,还吃其他进口的各种相当昂贵的药物,当时真的是糊涂了,这样不到一年,我太太就不行了!”

说到这里,张先生眼睛湿润了。他继续说:“现在我弟弟得了尿毒症,开始的时候只是肾炎,治着治着就变成了尿毒症。从有尿变成了无尿,最初每周只需要血透一次,现在是每周三次,真是生不如死。我女儿得了慢性胃炎,我自己也得了高血压和糖尿病,也是在吃药,可是病情没有好转。夏老师,这样下去,你说日子怎么过?难道我和我女儿的未来就是将来像我太太和弟弟一样吗?为了治太太的病,我前后花费58万,结果是人财两空。我的命为什么这么苦?”

我心情异常沉重,说:“现在命苦的不仅仅是你,慢性病铺天盖地而来,整个社会都处在慢性病的包围之中,很少有完全健康的家庭,人财两空、家破人亡的悲剧每天都在上演。我们现在最司空见惯的事情是,经常听到、见到我们身边的亲友、同事、熟人得病死亡的消息,而且死亡的速度之快,让我们难以接受,让我们感叹命运的无常。我的一位医生朋友说,医院每天都在死人,家属撕心裂肺的痛哭时时刺激着他的神经。而且许多病人都是非常年轻的,近年来名人因慢性病不治死亡的报道接踵而来:

1995年5月8日,邓丽君因哮喘引发心脏病而英年早逝,享年42岁。
2001年9月22日,“中国健美第一人”马华因患白血病突发肺部感染,在北京去世,终年41岁。
2002年10月20日,著名影视演员李媛媛身患乳腺癌在北京病逝,终年41岁。
2003年12月9日,柯受良哮喘病发作死于上海的家中,享年50岁。
2003年12月30日,梅艳芳因患子宫颈癌医治无效,于凌晨病逝,刚满40岁。
2004年1月12日,广东著名歌手陈汝佳因心肌梗塞导致死亡,享年40岁
2004年11月7日,均瑶集团董事长王均瑶因患肠癌晚期,并发肺部感染、呼吸循环功能衰竭,抢救无效逝世,享年38岁。
2005年8月18日,小品表演艺术家高秀敏心脏病突发身亡,享年46岁。
2005年8月30日,著名演员傅彪因肝癌去世,时年42岁。
2006年1月21日,上海中发电气(集团)有限公司董事长南民,因患急性脑血栓,抢救无效撒手人寰,年仅37岁。
2007年5月13日,《红楼梦》林黛玉扮演者陈晓旭因乳腺癌在深圳去世,享年42岁。
2009年6月5日,中央电视台著名的新闻联播主持人,被称为‘国脸’的罗京因患淋巴癌医治无效而逝世,终年48岁。

人类死亡原因有三个,第一是传染病死亡,第二是中毒、车祸等事故意外死亡,第三是慢性病死亡。传染病的死亡人数逐年下降,还不到慢性病死亡人数的零头。传染病和中毒、车祸等事故死亡人数加起来只占到死亡总人数的6、18%。2003年那场让全世界恐怖的非典,全球死亡人数仅仅919人,中国大陆死亡349人。而且最令人思索的是,人类战胜传染病是卓有成效的,据世界卫生组织统计:全球非典病例8422例,死亡率仅仅11%;而中国大陆更低,非典病例5327例,死亡率仅仅6、5%。近年来弄得世人和政府不安的传染病比如禽流感、艾滋病、甲流等,对人类健康的威胁,比起慢性病来,实在是小巫见大巫。可见科学对于传染病的防治,已经是成竹在胸,而最令人担忧的是,现代医院对于慢性病的宣告是:这些癌症、糖尿病、心脏病、尿毒症等等慢性病都是不治之症。

人总是要死的,但这么年轻就结束了生命是不正常的。上面的这些名人大多只有三四十岁就离开人世令人思考。从逻辑上讲,慢性病死亡的年龄低于平均寿命年龄71岁(中国),甚至低于60岁,肯定是医治的原因。得病是因为个人的生活方式造成的,但得病后的不正确的治疗是加速患者死亡的最根本的原因。一个残酷的命题来到了人类的面前:当今的医药治疗对于慢性病患者,是起到了正面的作用还是起到负面的作用?是缓解了病情还是恶化了病情?是延长的寿命还是缩短了寿命?是提升了生活品质还是降低了生活质量?为什么一个癌症患者只要有医药介入,就只有很短的甚至几个月的寿命?为什么那些不依靠医药治疗另找出路甚至根本不采取任何医治行为的患者反面延长了生命甚至得以完全康复?只要是有灵性的人,有良知的人,有疾病经历的人,就会慢慢悟到,我的这些思索并不是空穴来风。面对这些让世人惊心动魄的问题,本人将在天道康复第二本书中进行深入的反复的探讨。”

张先生打断我的话说:“现在流行两句话,一是说医院是合法的谋财害命,二是说医院是所有服务行业里唯一对它的行为后果不负任何经济、法律、道德、舆论责任的一个行业。夏老师怎么看呢?”

我说:“这是事实。但是这种现象的存在,不是国家有意为之,也不是医疗机构单方面职业道德问题,它是人类对于自己身体的认识,对于健康的研究还处于低水平甚至严重错误阶段的表现,是整个人类的健康现实的一种悲哀。所有慢性病人付出的资金、身体、生活代价,正形成一种巨大的力量来推进健康事业的发展。现在一个重大疾病的治疗费用,穷困家庭一般三五万,城市一般家庭十万,比较富裕的家庭二十万以上,当然名人和特别富裕的阶层,就要以百万或者千万来计算了。有报道称台湾一首富家人得白血病,两年时间花费100亿台币,折合人民币25亿元,但最后还是没有挽回生命。为了挽救亲人的生命,人们不惜倾家荡产,可是付出了一定要得到,而现在普遍的现象是,家庭在重大慢性疾病方面的费用付出最终换来的是家人的死亡,这种严重的事实只有一个证明:现代医疗的理念、理论、方法系统、制度出现了与健康本质相反的方向性错误。”

张先生说:“那既然是这种现实,为什么人们还不醒悟呢?”

我说:“我小时候,大概是三十多年以前,农村种粮食是不打农药的,记得当时杀虫的办法是,在稻田的里架起大水盆,中间点一大油灯,晚上各种害虫和飞蛾见到光亮就会飞向油灯,结果被烧死,至少被烧晕,落在水盆里被淹死。农民用这种方法杀灭害虫屡试不爽。多年来我一直在思考这个问题,飞蛾为什么明明知道飞向‘光明’是死亡,为什么还要前赴后继慷慨赴死呢?后来知道,这是飞蛾的一种遗传特性,它祖先通过遗传基因规定的,见到光亮就会给它指导前进的方向。从生物进化论的角度考虑,如果飞蛾要改变这种遗传基因,需要成千上万年的这种死亡代价才能得以改变,可是这种死亡在它的生物进化过程中还是太少太短。

从这里我们来思考人们为什么倾家荡产的把自己的亲人送进医院去加速死亡。首先是信息不对称,人们根本不知道用药物治疗慢性病只会加重患者的病情,就像飞蛾不懂飞向光明是死亡一样的道理。不仅普通的人不懂这个道理,而且医生也不懂,这就是为什么医生得病也是一种普遍现象的原因了。其次,人是一种群居动物,具有社会从众心理,这种心理会使得人们对于自己不懂的东西采取随大流的行为。从本质上说,现在人们得病去医院治疗就好象一个个的飞蛾飞向油灯一样。如果主流社会不改变这种医药治疗的现实,飞蛾赴死就会继续存在下去,慢性病人就会在医药治疗中心安理得的死亡。”

张先生说:“太可怕了,那人类健康向何处去呢?”

我笑着说:“不用着急,大乱就会有大治。现在认识到医药治疗慢性病的危害的人已经不是少数,你是一个,我也是一个,还有很多的有识之士。”

张先生说:“我看了夏老师的书,还有网站和博客,天道康复确实很好,给我们带来希望。你能不能用最简单的话说说天道康复什么怎么一回事?”

我说:在<天道康复2>里我会通过天道康复的实践和理论对慢性病引起的人类健康问题做深入的探讨。在这里我可以简单的区分一下天道康复与现代医学和当代中医的本质的区别。

第一,严格区分慢性病与传染病的差别,提供适合慢性病康复的诊疗系统。现代医院在医治传染病和慢性病上是没有概念区分的,国家卫生局的信息统计数据也经常把二者放在一起统计。医院的主要职责应该是急救、手术、传染病的防治、伤残救治、中毒处理。医院和医生的存在主要是因为这些社会需要而产生和发展的。因为这些需要帮助的人们是因为身体外来的原因造成身体的伤害,是偶然原因造成的,在身体本身力量不够的时候通过医药的帮助获得暂时的外在力量。抗生素等西药都是因为传染病的原因而研制的。而慢性病是因为生活方式、生存环境、心理压力等等原因,经过漫长的积累,造成身体器官功能下降、衰弱造成的。在古代,慢性病的比例比现在少得多,慢性病是社会发展到一定的文明程度才大量出现的,比如中国在三十年前就没有这么多慢性病。因此慢性病的康复需要形成一种与现代医院并行的理论系统、康复机制和康复机构。天道康复的模式就是在这种背景下应运而生的。

第二,把健康教育和自我治疗、养生的培训纳入康复治疗服务的组成部分。学会健康的生活是人的一种生存本领,这种本领可以通过学习获得,而整个社会目前还不存在这种机制。现在医院的有偿服务作为一种商品,类似于商店的形式,是一次性影响的,一手交钱,一手交货,对患者的服务没有延伸作用,对一辈子的健康影响等于零。天道康复在提供康复服务的过程中,对患者进行健康教育,使其获得必需的健康理念、健康知识,而且还能培训患者自我治疗和养生的技能。这种服务的价值定位越来越符合社会文明发展的需要。其实影响患者一辈子的知识和技能在古代中国,是常见的,那个时候,家家户户都能自我解决许多的健康问题,比如感冒,大家都知道怎么处理。

第三,把健康生活管理做为康复的根本性措施。慢性病的形成主要是因为生活方式的错误造成的,那么重新回归正确的生活形态,就是慢性病康复的关键。现代的慢性病成了不治之症最主要的原因是忽视的健康的生活方式的纠正。本人在长期的康复实践中,总结了一个规律:慢性病的康复,生活方式、生存环境、精神压力的改变占到了康复作用的90%,正确的治疗只点10%,而医药治疗却是负数。回归天道,就是人的生活要符合自然规律,健康的生活管理是实现康复的根本性措施。

第四,组合传统中医的自然疗法和养生成为一个系统。现在所有的医疗模式都是建立在‘一元论治疗原则’基础上的。为什么会生病?因为某个原因,比如肺癌是因为环境不好或者抽烟的原因;怎样治疗?只要吃药,病就会好,之所以不好,是因为没有找到对症的药物;中医呢,按摩一个穴位或者一条经络,就能治好某些疾病;养生专家呢,吃某种食物或者保健品,就能调养好某种疾病。按照这种逻辑,医药试图在吃药和慢性病的康复之间建立一个因果关系,吃对症的药=康复。可是这种因果关系是不存在的。什么样的东西和康复存在因果关系呢?首先,人是一个与自然与社会相适应的系统,人的这个系统出了问题,绝对不是单一的原因,也许某些原因是主要的。那么只有建立一个系统,把影响人体健康的因素全面考虑进来,用它来解决问题才能真正成为因果关系。天道康复就是这样的一个系统,为患者提供康复服务,首先需要解决的问题是治命,改变患者的观念;其次是治人,改变患者的生活;再次是治病,把各种安全的自然方法组合起来,高效的打通生命代谢的各种通道,排泄身体的毒素。”

张先生非常兴奋,说:“夏老师,我现在有80%的相信你了。那请你帮我做康复治疗吧。”

一个月的时候,张先生的血压已经恢复正常。但血糖没有降下来。

INDIAN SPICES FOR ALL DISEASES

KEEP IT HANDY

COLDS
Mix a gram of dalchini/cinnamon powder with a teaspoon of honey to** cure cold. Prepare a cup of tea to which you should add ginger, clove, bay leaf and black pepper... This should be consumed twice a day.. Reduce the intake as the cold disappears.* **

GINGER FOR COLDS
Ginger tea is very good to cure cold. Preparation of tea: cut ginger into small pieces and boil it with water, boil it a few times and then add sugar to sweeten and milk to taste, and drink it hot.

DRY COUGHS

Add a gram of turmeric (haldi) powder to a teaspoon of honey for curing dry cough. Also chew a cardamom for a long time..

BLOCKED NOSE
For blocked nose or to relieve congestion, take a table spoon of crushed carom seeds (ajwain) and tie it in a cloth and inhale it.

SORE THROAT

Add a tea spoon of cumin seeds (jeera) and a few small pieces of dry ginger to a glass of boiling water. Simmer it for a few minutes, and then let it cool. Drink it twice daily. This will cure cold as well as sour throat.

AJWAIN/AJMO FOR ASTHMA*

*Boil ajwain in water and inhale the steam.

CURE FOR BACKACHE
Rub ginger paste on the backache to get relief.

GARLIC FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE**

Mix 1 table spoon and 1 table spoon ginger (adrak) juice, *1 table spoon of crushed cumin seeds (jeera), and have it twice daily.

MIGRAINE

For the cure of migraine or acute cold in the head; boil a tablespoon of pepper powder, and a pinch of turmeric in a cup of milk, and have it daily for a few couple of days.

BITTER GOURD/KARELA IS GOOD
A tablespoon of amla juice mixed with a cup of fresh bitter gourd (karela) juice and taken daily for 2 months reduces blood sugar.

TURMERIC: CURE FOR INJURIES

For any cut or wound, apply turmeric powder to the injured portion to stop the bleeding. It also works as an antiseptic. You can tie a bandage after applying haldi/turmeric.

CRAMPS
You must do a self-massage using mustard oil every morning. Just take a little oil between your palms and rub it all over your body. Then take a shower. This is especially beneficial during winter. You could also mix a little mustard powder with water to make a paste and apply this on your palms and soles of your feet.

HEADACHES
If you have a regular migraine problem, include five almonds along with hot milk in your daily diet. You could also have a gram of black pepper along with honey or milk, twice or thrice a day. Make an almond paste by rubbing wet almonds against a stone. This can be applied to forehead.

Eat an apple with a little salt on an empty stomach everyday and see its wonderful effects. OR when headache is caused by cold winds, cinnamon works best in curing headache. Make a paste of cinnamon by mixing in water and apply it all over your forehead *

In 1 glass of water, add 2 tbsps of coriander/dhania seeds and bring to a boil. Let the decoction cool for some time and then strain. Drink this mixture two times in a day. **OR Sunflower seeds are extremely beneficial, as they contain linoleic acid that helps in reducing the cholesterol deposits on the walls of arteries.*

PILES
Radish juice should be taken twice a day, once in the morning and then later in the night. Initially drink about ? cup of radish juice and then gradually increase it to ? cup.. OR Soak 3-4 figs in a glass of water. Keep it overnight. Consume the figs on an empty stomach, the next day in the morning

VOMITING
Take 2 cardamoms/elachi and roast them on a dry pan (tava). Powder the cardamoms and thereafter add a tsp of honey in it. Consume it frequently. It serves as a fabulous home remedy for vomiting. OR In the mixture of 1 tsp of mint juice and 1 tsp limejuice, add 1 tsp of ginger juice and 1 tsp honey. Drink this mixture to prevent vomiting. *

*OR Limejuice is an effective remedy for vomiting. Take a glass of chilled limejuice and sip slowly. To prevent vomiting, drink ginger tea. OR In 1 glass water, add some honey and drink sip by sip. *

WARTS
Apply castor oil daily over the problematic area. Continue for several months. OR Apply milky juice of fresh and barely-ripe figs a number of times a day. Continue for two weeks. OR Rub cut raw potatoes on the affected area several times daily.. Continue for at least two weeks. *

*OR Rub cut onions on the warts to stimulate the circulation of blood. OR Apply milk from the cut end of dandelion over the warts 2-3 times a day. OR Apply oil extracted from the shell of the cashew nut over the warts. OR Apply Papaya juice OR Apply Pineapple juice.*

URINARY TRACT INFECTION
Drink Cranberry juice. You can also add some apple juice for taste.

SINUSITIS
Mango serves as an effective home remedy for preventing the frequent attacks of sinus, as it is packed with loads of vitamin A. OR Another beneficial remedy consists of consuming pungent foods like onion and garlic, as a part of your daily meals.. OR Fenugreek/methi leaves are considered valuable in curing sinusitis. In 250 ml water, boil 1 tsp of Fenugreek seeds and reduce it to half. This will help you to perspire, dispel toxicity and reduce the fever period. OR Tie a tsp of black cumin seeds in a thin cotton cloth and inhale.*

TONSILLITIS
Take a fresh lemon and squeeze it in a glass of water. Add 4 tsp of honey and ? tsp of salt in it. Drink it slowly sip by sip. OR Milk has proved beneficial in treating tonsillitis. In 1 glass of pure boiled milk, add a pinch of turmeric powder and pepper powder. Drink it every night for about 3 days.

台大病理科醫生李豐女士 罹患過淋巴癌。同病的,或輾轉病榻,或早死了;她卻能夠好好地活著。她的秘訣就是:不去依賴治療,而要每天好好地照顧內臟,尤其要尊重細胞。那要快快樂樂,飲食清淡,生活規律,早睡早起,並定時定數地打坐和運動。

她有兩段名言:

每天清晨四點,城市的夜貓族剛入睡,前台大病理科主治醫師李豐就起床。先喝一杯水,開始打坐、運動,吃過一碗五榖粥當早餐後,七點鐘,她好整以暇的出門;每天晚上八點,都會上班族還在辦公室裡加班,李豐已開始打坐,準備九點睡覺。她的飲
食清淡,中午自己煮糙米飯和蔬菜,晚上只吃中午的一半到三分之一量,整天的飲食,就是五榖雜糧加蔬菜。

很難想像,三十年前李豐罹患過淋巴癌,當年為她治療癌症的醫師,有人都已過世了,李豐卻還活得很健康。若問為什麼,可能的答案是:她現在每天的生活都很「尊重細胞」。

這三十多年來,李豐的工作,是每天在顯微鏡下看人體細胞的生老病死。她說,人在高興時,細胞很圓潤,就像十八歲的年輕人;人在生氣時,細胞就像八十歲的老頭,皺皺縮縮的。 而且,好細胞和生病的細胞完全不一樣,「 癌細胞就是扭扭曲曲,亂七八糟的樣子。」她說,越瞭解細胞,越為自己過去糟蹋細胞而感到慚愧,直到學會「尊重細胞」,身體才開始好轉。因為她與癌症共存、「賺到三十年」的經歷,不少人會找她分享經驗。

李豐所說的「提供細胞環境」,其實是老生常談 ──

規律作息、清淡的飲食和運動。

以肝臟為例,每天晚上十一點為什麼該躺到床上睡覺?因為十一點到凌晨三點是肝膽
系統充血、要運作、排毒的時候 ,此時身體躺平,肝就可以擺平,充滿足夠的血。這時的肝,會是平常的二到三倍大,如果晚上十一點過後還坐著或站著 。她說:「就像菜市場吊著的豬肝,放不了多少血。」

再說肺臟,肺臟可以容納六千立方毫米的空氣,可是人坐在椅子上時,每次呼吸進的空氣才半公升,只用了十二分之一 。現代人每天的生活就是坐辦公室,出外搭車、乘電梯,每次的呼吸量也同樣只在五百到一千立方毫米之間,其他的肺臟空間等於備而不用。李豐說,「就像一個人有一棟十二個房間的房子,可是每天忙碌出外工作,回到家裡來,就只用到臥室。」要用到肺臟的每一個部分,唯一的方法就是勤加運動 。因為激烈運動時肌肉消耗氧的速度會比心肺供氧速度快,每分鐘呼吸速度增加一倍,每一次吸進肺部的空氣,也可增加五倍以上,另外,深呼吸可以使平常空氣無法到達
的肺泡充滿空氣。

陳敏薰-什麼都帶不走
「外人只看到我光鮮亮麗白天的一面,卻不知道我的黑夜不比別人短!」..........
中華開發金控董事長陳敏薰,昨日在場演講中首度透露生活秘辛。


陳敏薰說,兩年前莫名其妙生了一場病,是一種 癌症,連學醫的媽媽都認為絕望了,一剎那「什麼都帶不走」,改變了她的一生,讓她體會到簡單生活的可貴。

陳敏薰說,兩年前她生過一場重病,看過中醫、西醫都治不好,癌症的一種,腫塊,當時學醫的媽媽陪她度過,自已也不知道何時會死掉。絕望之餘,她到日本北海道住了半個月,活在只有一條道路進出的農業村落、看著薰衣草和羊、熊會出沒的菜田,就這樣簡單過了兩個星期,回想過去沒天沒夜的忙碌工作,事情永遠做不完,卻什麼都帶不走,才深刻體會到生活可以很簡單,人生要的是什麼。

陳敏薰說,平常她吃的很自然、健康,不吃西藥,只吃中藥,更不吃維他命,因為維他命是人工物品,身體經過分解、吸收兩道工程,增加肝功能負擔, 與其吃維他命C ,寧可吃天然奇異果,有維他命C、又有纖維,對人體更健康。

陳敏薰說,人生苦短,隨時都該 Happy(快樂), 因為天會黑、天會亮,不會因為你而改變。人比人,雖然會氣死人,但只要肯定自己,不自怨自艾,會發現人比人,自己會更覺得好命。

得了癌瘤全家環島旅遊兩個月就好了
2006年4 月電視報導某甲得了癌瘤,醫生說只剩兩個月性命,絕望之餘,全家環島旅遊"最後的 "兩個月後,腫瘤就奇蹟地消失了。

心臟科醫師聲明,收到這電子郵件,送給10個人,大概會有一個人的生命能被保存!

50歲的陳媽媽是家庭主婦,身材很標準、看起來很年輕,除了有高血壓外,並沒有其他疾病。而且她非常注重飲食養生,不菸、不酒,每天都有運動的習慣。

但是,最近陳媽媽卻發現,早上慢跑時牙齦會痛,假日和先生去爬山,沒有多久,牙齦也會痛,只好提早回家休息。先生勸她去看牙科,可是陳媽媽從小就怕牙醫,所以,當她去看她的家庭 醫師時,順道告訴醫師最近發生的這些情形。沒想到醫師很謹慎告訴她:「趕快去看心臟專科醫師,請醫師幫您做詳細的檢查。

陳媽媽回家後告訴 先生, 陳先生半信半疑說:「牙痛怎麼會看心臟科呢?」

陳媽媽說:「但是醫師是很嚴肅地建議我趕快去看耶!不是開玩笑喔!」

隔天夫妻倆一起到心臟科門診求診。

醫師聽完陳媽媽的敘述後,告訴她:「陳太太,我建議您住院安排做心導管檢查,您的牙齦痛應該是『心絞痛引起的反射性疼痛』。」

經過心導管檢查果然發現,陳媽媽的心臟有3條血管阻塞,而且還有多處阻塞的情形,因此醫師建議陳媽媽接受心臟冠狀動脈血管繞道手術;她在手術後,恢復良好。

大多數人對「心絞痛」症狀的認識是:胸悶、胸前劇痛、盜冷汗。其實,心絞痛的症狀還有:手麻、肩胛骨(後肩膀)痛、下巴(或牙齦)痛、麻,而這些症狀都稱為反射性疼痛。

容易罹患心血管疾病的危險因子除了高血壓、高血脂、糖尿病、抽菸、肥胖者外,年齡(40歲以上)、停經後婦女、有家族史者,亦都是罹患心血管疾病的高危險群。

關於心臟病發作,除左胳膊痛苦以外,心臟病發作會有其他症狀:如下巴會劇痛,以及噁心和盜汗,然而這些症狀也許並不常常發生。

注意:心臟病發作期間,可能不會有胸口的痛苦。
多數人(大約60%)在他們的睡眠期間心臟病發作,因而沒有醒來。
然而,胸口痛也許會讓您從您的熟睡中醒來。如果這樣,立刻咬碎二顆阿斯匹靈在您的嘴中並且與水吞下他們。

之後,給鄰居或居住非常近的家庭成員打電話 -說; " 心臟病發作! 已吞了2顆阿斯匹靈。"然後坐在前門附近的椅子或沙發上,並且等待人們的到來~絕不能再躺下來~

心臟科醫師聲明,如果每個人,在收到這電子郵件以後,送給10個人, 大概會有一個人的生命能被保存!
