曹操精于气功养生的专家

曹操是三国时代杰出的政治家、军事家,又是建安时期的文坛领袖。他一生征战,南攻孙吴,北讨乌桓,战功炳彪,独霸中原,成就了盖世的功业。但他又是一位精于气功养生的专家。

曹操生于东汉王朝将倾之际,"性不信天命之事",但却坚信气功锻炼可以长寿,这在他的诗中有所反应:"神龟虽寿,犹有竟时。老骥伏枥,志在千里;烈士暮年,壮心不已。"表达了自己希望长寿、大干一番事业的愿望。

曹操"挟天子以令诸侯",执掌着中央政权。他利用这一有利身分,招集了一大批当时的气功名家来到身边,传授气功养生的秘法,其中著名的有左慈、华佗、甘陵、甘始、封君达等人,他经常向这些人请教气功锻炼的方法与宜忌,并从他们那里获得了许多宝贵的经验。

在孙思邈的《备急千金要方)中,详细记载了曹操向气功师皇甫隆求教的一封信,他说:"我听说您已年过百岁,而体力仍甚强壮,耳聪目明,脸色红润,请问您的养生之道是什么呢?"皇甫隆向他报告了自己的心得,他的健身功法是向当时年已178岁的修道者蒯京学的,名字就叫"炼精"。他说:"臣闻天地之间唯人为贵。故当朝朝服食玉泉,琢齿,使人丁壮,有颜色,去三虫而坚齿。玉泉者,口中唾也,朝旦未起,早漱津令满口乃吞之,琢齿二七遍,乃名炼精。"曹操接到这封回信后,果然便信受奉行,长期坚持,这对他的健康有莫大的好处。

这种功法要求人闭目端坐,心神宁静,排除一切杂念,舌抵上腭,口唇微合。入静后,唾液渐渐从舌下涌出。待满口时,缓缓咽下,并用意念将之送入下丹田。

另一种方法是:晨起漱口后,不拘坐卧,宁神闭口,先叩齿36次,闭口,令舌头在口中上下搅动,左右各18次,此时口中津液较多,用之漱口36次,分3次咽下,要"用意精猛,令津与气谷谷然有声。" 从现代医学角度看,唾液中除大量水分外,还含有球蛋白、粘蛋白、氨基酸、淀粉酶和溶菌酶及多种免疫球蛋白。坚持吞咽唾液可以洁口固齿,帮助消化,预防疾病,增强免疫力,因而对健康有益。

从中医角度看,这是道家气功修炼法的第一步:炼精化气。古人把丹田比作炉子,把唾液等精血津液比作药料放在丹田之中炼。要将它们炼成气、丹。气即能量,代表人体的抵抗力,免疫力等各种功能,将唾液等"炼精化气",正是培养人体抵抗力的过程,怎能不对健康有益呢?

曹操看到前人的成就,对此"炼精"方法深信不疑,坚持了几十年。这使他的身体状况大为改善。虽然军旅劳顿,政务繁忙,但从未放弃。 除了这种气功锻炼方式之外,曹操还进行过多种气功锻炼。如叩齿、鸣天鼓等。平时,他更善于注意从点滴之处着手,努力追求健康。正如孙思邈的养生铭中所说:"勿使悲欢极,当令饮食均,再三防夜醉,第一戒晨嗔。亥寝鸣天鼓,晨兴嗽玉津。安神宁悦乐,常当节五辛。"这些曹操全做到了。

曹操从少年时就身体健康,虽然经历了长时间的政治、军事斗争,并未使他过早衰老。加以长期的气功锻炼,使他更趋健康。若不是一时恼怒杀了华伦,导致头风失治,他活过七十是没问题的。

7 Foods U Should NEVER Eat!

There will always be those fattening foods that are easy to make, easy to get, and easy to crave. You think "OK, I know this is bad but it can't be that bad!" Think again. Here are the top seven foods you should never ever feed your family or yourself!

1.Doughnuts

It's hard to resist the smell of a Krispy Kreme doughnut, which is why I never step foot in the store. Doughnuts are fried chock-full of sugar and white flour and loads of trans fat.

According to the Krispy Kreme website, an average 3.5 ounce sugar doughnut weighs in with about 400 calories and contains few other nutrients besides fat. These sugary treats may satisfy your craving but it won't satisfy your hunger as most of the calories come from fat.

"Eating a lot of refined sugar contributes to blood sugar 'swings' or extreme fluctuations," eDiets Chief Nutritionist Susan Burke said.


2. Cheeseburger with fries

The age-old classic may be delicious but think twice before sinking your teeth into that Big Mac. The saturated fat found in cheese burgers has been linked to heart attacks, strokes and some types of cancer.

"In fact, fast-food portions are gargantuan, almost double the calories per meal compared to 20 years ago," Susan says. "Twenty years ago the average fast-food cheeseburger had about 300 calories. Today's BK Whopper with cheese has 720. To burn the excess 420 calories, you'd have to run for 40 minutes. For example, in 1985 a medium French fry had 240 calories, 2.4 ounces. Today's 'medium' is 6.9 ounces and 610 calories.

"This fast-food meal of cheeseburger and fries has way too many calories and fat grams, not to mention grams of saturated fat, trans fat and cholesterol and sodium."

Let's break down this meal. First, take the white-flour bun (refined carbohydrates), then add some processed cheese (saturated fat and trans fat, plus lots of additives and preservatives) and then top off with fried red meat (cholesterol and saturated fats). And let's not forget about the condiments such as the always fattening mayonnaise.

Not sounding so appetizing anymore, huh? Oh, and let's not forget about the infamous side dish. You cheeseburger will most likely come with a side of French fries, which is sadly the most popular vegetable dish in the U.S. Don't kid yourself, French fries are not vegetables, they are extremely high in fat and contain a tiny amount of nutrients.

3. Fried Chicken and Chicken Nuggets

With the recent class-action lawsuit between The Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) and KFC, the health risks posed by fried foods are becoming more public. The CSPI is suing the food chain for their use of cooking oil containing unhealthy trans fats. The lawsuit seeks to order KFC to use other types of cooking oils and to inform customers how much trans fats KFC's food contains.

Foods cooked in highly heated oils (most notably partially hydrogenated oil) have been known to cause cancer, weight gain and other serious health risks if ingested regularly. A 10-piece chicken McNugget from McDonald's has 420 calories, 24 grams of fat and 1120 milligrams of sodium. One Extra Crispy Chicken Breast from KFC has around 420 calories and eight grams of saturated fat. So unless you want to super size yourself, it's best to make a clean break with fried foods.


4. Oscar Mayer's Lunchables

Sure they are convenient and easy, but boy are they unhealthy! These kid-marketed lunches are loaded with saturated fat and sodium. They usually contain highly processed meats and cheeses, white flour crackers and sugary treats. Lunchables get two-thirds of their calories from fat and sugar. And they provide lopsided nutrition since they contain no fruits or vegetables.

"They insidiously promote obesity by making kids think that lunch normally comes in a cellophane-wrapped box," Susan says. "Parents are promoting their children's obesity by buying these items. They're expensive, too. Pack a sandwich and save dollars and health."


5. Sugary Cereal

Not all cereals are created equally. And while your kids might beg for the latest cookie or marshmallow chocolate surprise cereals, it is a safe bet they are about as healthy as a dessert. Keywords to look out for are puffed, dyed and sweetened.

Most kids' cereals are so highly processed they no longer look like the grains they were originally made from. A healthy alternative is oatmeal. Although, if you are buying pre-packaged oatmeal make sure to check the label and see how much sugar it contains, you might be surprised.

"A little sugar isn't a problem but when the first ingredient on the box is sugar, then watch out," she said. "There is no fruit in Froot Loops. But the unsweetened original Cheerios or Rice Krispies are fine, and you can sweeten them naturally with blueberries and strawberries."


6. Processed Meats.

What falls under the category of processed meats? Hot dogs, sausage, jerky,
bacon, certain lunch meats and meats used in canned soup products. Almost all processed meats have sodium nitrite added as a preservative.

A recent study conducted at the University of Hawaii found that sodium nitrite can act as "a precursor to highly carcinogenic nitrosamines -- potent cancer-causing chemicals that accelerate the formation and growth of cancer cells throughout the body." So eliminate these meats from your diet before they eliminate you!


7. Canned soup.



Sometimes regarded as a healthy food, soups can be very deceiving. You must stay on your guard because many canned soups have high levels of trans fats, sodium and artificial preservatives such as MSG. Just one serving (which is roughly one cup) can have almost 1,000 milligrams of salt. Also, steer clear of soups that are cream-based, they can be high in calories and fat.

Susan says it is important to "read labels from back to front. Ignore the health claims, and instead focus on the ingredients and serving size. Watch out for hydrogenated fat (trans fat) and sodium. If you're buying bread to go with you soup, the first ingredient should be whole grain -- either whole wheat, rye or other grain. If it just says 'wheat bread,' that doesn't mean whole wheat."

We all want our family to be healthy and happy, so steer clear of these foods. Think it's difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle? Think again!

任何人都會變老,但不是每個人都會成長

開學第一天,教授自我介紹後,要每位同學主動去結交一位新朋友。當我站起來環視四週時,有人輕輕拍我的肩膀。我轉過頭,看見一位滿臉縐紋,個子矮小的老婦人對著我微笑,那笑容光亮璀燦。


她說:「嗨!帥哥,我叫蘿絲,今年 87歲。我可以抱你一下嗎?」

我笑起來,熱切的答道:「當然可以」,她果真緊緊地將我抱個滿懷。

我開玩笑的問她:「你年紀這麼小,怎麼就來上大學了?」


她也調皮的回答道:「我準備來這釣個金龜婿,生幾個孩子,然後退休去雲遊四海。」
「此話當真?」我明知故問。

我很好奇,到底是何動機,促使她年屆古稀,還來上大學。她告訴我說: 我一直夢想要受大學教育,如今終於得償宿願 。」
下課後,我們散步到學生聯合大樓,兩人分享了巧克力奶昔。從此我們成了摯友。

往後三個月的每一天,我們總是一起離開教室,天南地北的聊個沒完。她像一部「時光機器」,將智慧和經驗與我分享,而我總是聽得津津有味。

一學年下來,蘿絲成了學校鼎鼎大名的人物。不論走到那裡,她總能輕易的結交到新朋友。她經常打扮得漂漂亮亮的,陶醉在同學們對她的關注之中。

學期結束時,蘿絲應邀到我們為足球隊舉辦的晚宴中演講。我永難忘懷當晚她賜予我們的珍貴禮物。

主持人介紹她給聽眾之後,她碎步走向講台,正當要開始演講時,她手中的講稿不慎掉落地上。

有幾秒鐘時間她顯得有點懊惱和靦腆,不過立刻就幽默的對著麥克風淡淡的說:「抱歉,我最近老喜歡掉東西,剛剛我本想喝杯啤酒壯膽,卻喝了威士忌,沒想到那玩意兒簡直要我的命。看來我是記不得事先準備的東西了,那我就講最熟悉的事情吧。」

在大家的笑聲中,她清了一下喉嚨,然後開始說 :『我們不是因為年老而停止玩樂,我們是因停止玩樂才會變老。只有一種秘訣能使人青春永駐,快樂成功。就是你們必須經常笑口常開,幽默風趣; 你們必須時時懷抱夢想。當你們失去夢想時,你們就形同死亡 。我們的週圍有許多人像似行屍走肉,卻不自覺。』

『變老和長大之間有很大的差別。任何人都會變老,但不一定每個人都會長大。長大的意思是,你必須不斷在蛻變中找尋成長的機會而善加利用。要活得無怨無悔:上了年紀的人, 通常不會因做過的事後悔 ;卻常因在年輕時,未曾去做自己想做的事而遺憾 。只有心懷悔恨的人,會恐懼死亡。』

那年底,蘿絲終於完成她的大學學業。畢業後一星期,她在睡夢中安祥去逝。超過 2千名同學參加她的葬禮。

 

  我們聚在一起,向這位以身教教導我們:
只要下定決心,不管年紀多大都可以實現夢想…

有意思 Meaningful

An intelligent professor ask his students this question:
"Why do people shout when they are angry?"

All students thought for quite some time. One of them said, "because we lost our cool, so we shouted."

The professor asked again, "All other people are just beside you. You still shout. Why can't you talk softly? Why must you shout?"

The students gave various opinions but none to the satisfaction of the professor.

Finally, the professor said, "When 2 people get angry, their hearts are far apart. In order to cover this distance so that the other party can hear you, you will have to shout."

When one shouts, he/she gets angrier. The said distance becomes farther and one have to shout louder.

The professor continued, "When two persons are in love, what will be the situation? It's the reverse. They do not have to shout but they talk softly. Why?"

This is because their hearts are very close to one another. Thus, people in love always talk softly and because of this their love becomes deeper. Eventually, they do not need to talk to understand each other.

They are able to convey message by the use of their eyes only. There is now zero distance between their hearts. The professor finally makes a conclusion.

When 2 persons argue, do not let the distance between the hearts become farther apart. Do not say things that will make the hearts become further apart. Let few days pass naturally and when the distance between the hearts become closer then only talk nicely!!

Do you realize that the only time in our lives when we like to get old is when we're kids? If you're less than 10 years old, you're so excited about aging that you think in fractions.

'How old are you?' 'I'm four and a half!' You're never thirty-six and a half. You're four and a half, going on five! That's the key

You get into your teens, now they can't hold you back. You jump to the next number, or even a few ahead.

'How old are you?' 'I'm gonna be 16!' You could be 13, but hey, you're gonna be 16! And then the greatest day of your life ! You become 21. Even the words sound like a ceremony. YOU BECOME 21. YESSSS!!!

But then you turn 30. Oooohh, what happened there? Makes you sound like bad milk! He TURNED; we had to throw him out. There's no fun now, you're Just a sour-dumpling. What's wrong? What's changed?

You BECOME 21, you TURN 30, then you're PUSHING 40. Whoa! Put on the brakes, it's all slipping away. Before you know it, you REACH 50 and your dreams are gone.

But wait!!! You MAKE it to 60. You didn't think you would!

So you BECOME 21, TURN 30, PUSH 40, REACH 50 and MAKE it to 60.

You've built up so much speed that you HIT 70! After that it's a day-by-day thing; you HIT Wednesday!

You get into your 80's and every day is a complete cycle; you HIT lunch; you TURN 4:30; you REACH bedtime. And it doesn't end there. Into the 90s, you start going backwards; 'I Was JUST 92.'

Then a strange thing happens. If you make it over 100, you become a little kid again. 'I'm 100 and a half!'

May you all make it to a healthy 100 and a half!!

HOW TO STAY YOUNG
1. Throw out nonessential numbers. This includes age, weight and height. Let the doctors worry about them. That is why you pay 'them.'

2. Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down.

3. Keep learning. Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever. Never let the brain idle. 'An idle mind is the devil's workshop.' And the devil's name is Alzheimer's.

4. Enjoy the simple things.

5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath.

6. The tears happen. Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person, who is with us our entire life, is ourselves. Be ALIVE while you are alive.

7. Surround yourself with what you love , whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge.

8. Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.

9. Don't take guilt trips. Take a trip to the mall, even to the next county; to a foreign country but NOT to where the guilt is.

10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity .

AND ALWAYS REMEMBER :
Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away .. Do share this with someone. We all need to live life to its fullest each day!!

静坐:“放下心来”的奇效

大家一定非常关心或者说好奇:作为中医名家,每天给别人治病保健,那么,他们自己是怎么保健养生的呢?

“刘渡舟”这个名字是中医圈内最为如雷贯耳的名字之一,正如同“张艺谋”三个字对于中国电影圈的影响。作为中医大家的李渡舟先生,曾在自己七十六岁的时候,讲授自己的养生秘诀:“垂垂老矣,然尚能饭,能讲学看病,能完成任务。得力之处,自思每日打坐一个小时,从不间断,持之以恒。”

刘渡舟先生作为中医界最受敬仰的名家之一,生前担任北京中医药大学伤寒教研室主任、教授。一生救人无数。他本人的养生方法来源于中医经典《黄帝内经》。他这样向大家具体介绍他自己亲身尝试的养生方法:

《内经》首篇叫“上古天真论”,其中记载了中医学的养生防病方法。它首先提出:古人百岁不衰,今人半百而衰,是古今时势之异呢?或是人失调摄之法呢?因为上古之人,其知养生者,能法阴阳而知四时调神之理,又能和术数而知七损八益之法,节饮食以养后天之本,慎起居以节先天之精液,他们做到了积精全神,神与形俱,故能形神健旺,终其天年,度百岁乃去。今时之人,不知养生之法,不知养性,而以妄为常;不知葆精,而以淫欲竭其精液;不能淡泊,不知持满,务求快心于当时,遂至戕生于异日。这就勿怪乎其人早衰而多病也。

儒、释、道三教皆有养生之法,而皆主张静坐。教人患心摒念,放下尘怀,从“恬淡虚无”四字入手,少一点妄念,便多添一点正气,久而久之,则真气从之,精神内守,病安从来?

静坐又称“打坐”。坐你才发现思想是很杂乱的。要想名利财色皆为身外之物,而人生苦短,如露如电,应做如是观。把一团烈火的心冷下来,给心松绑,心得自在,不被物欲所扰,则神清气爽,而真气从之。就可以做到《内经》讲的“是以嗜欲不能劳其目,淫邪不能惑其心……所以能年皆度百岁而动作不衰者,以其德全不危也”。

大道至简,一个简简单单的静坐,就是《黄帝内经》中所讲的“恬淡虚无,真气从之;精神内守,病安从来”!

中国传统养生方式的打坐,和风靡世界的时尚运动——瑜伽,都主张静坐。简简单单的静坐,怎么就能够“真气从之”呢?怎么就能够“病安从来”呢?

在休息日的时候,我有时候去爬爬香山,爬山,其实挺耗体力的。我时常开玩笑地和我太太讲:“如果今天不是说我们爬香山玩,而是公司让我们必须到香山的山顶上去送封信,那么,我们会怎么样呢?来回路程就要1个小时,爬山又要爬上1个多小时,绝对是累死人的差事,给100块钱也不去!——不过,如果是自己要爬山,那么,就完全不同了。同样要流汗,但是感觉完全不同。估计效果也完全不同。为了工作的爬山,是很累人的差事,心中装满的是工作,沉重、单调、没有乐趣的工作。二和家人在周末爬山,则是很休闲的娱乐,心中充满的是轻松和舒展。

看似同样的爬山,却有着截然不同的心情、效果。而对于健康养生而言,何尝不是如此?很多的疾病,是由于“心累”造成的,这种心累,既有生理上的劳累,也有者心理上的劳累,刘渡舟老先生所说的“名利财色”这些“身外之物”,都会构成“物欲所扰”。而这种扰乱,则会潜移默化地积淀为身体的不适或疾病。

那么,如何“给心松绑,心得自在” 呢?刘渡舟老先生从《黄帝内经》中找到了静坐养生的方法。回到家里,在自己的房间,只需要安静地盘腿而坐。两三分钟或者十几分钟都可以(不要求非得像刘老先生一样静坐一个小时,自己可以随心所欲地进行时间安排,以感觉良好为原则)。还可以放上自己喜欢听的轻柔的音乐,享受天籁之音的空灵之美。动作非常非常得简单:只需要轻轻闭上双眼,轻轻的呼吸,不去想什么工作、生活、感情等俗事,仿佛来到一个世外桃源,你可以把让心灵彻底放松。而当心灵放松了,不“累” 了,你的身体也放松了,不累了。久而久之,就会像刘渡舟老先生所说的一样“神清气爽,而真气从之”。

一部《黄帝内经》,成为千百年来历代中医名家的至高经典,成为指导中医治疗的根本思想。而由这部洋洋百万字的经典,其健康养生的精华内容被浓缩成为十六个字:

“恬淡虚无,真气从之;精神内守,病安从来”!

而这十六个字的保健方法,又被浓缩成“静坐”两个字!

大道至简,静坐而已!

把心放下,病安从来?

这,就是一位中医大家毕生的健康感悟!

You are what you eat, so eat well. A stupendous insight of civilizations past has now been confirmed by today's investigative, nutritional sciences. They have shown that what was once called 'The Doctrine of Signatures' was astoundingly correct. It now contends that every whole food has a pattern that resembles a body organ or physiological function and that this pattern acts as a signal or sign as to the benefit the food provides the eater. 这句话出自《佛说+善业道经》,本意是从本性本能上来讲,不论是作为整体的人类,还是作为个体的肉体凡身,凡事都应该为自己的利益充分考虑,否则就会受到天地自然的惩罚,并且这种惩罚相当严厉,严厉到诛杀毁灭的程度。与现在人理解的完全不同。

我想,倘若改动一个字:“人不善己,天诛地灭”,世人应当不会曲解吧。

“这比一切都重要:要忠实于自己!黑夜始终追随着白日,你也必须如此遵行不渝。这样你便不回欺骗任何人。”借用莎士比亚的名言只是为了更好的说明这个主题:善待自己!只有真正忠于自己的感情,自己灵魂的人,才能由内而外的忠于自己,善待自己。

那怎样才算“善待”呢?

“善待”,只是相对于苛刻而言,并不是纵容。前面所提到的“忠实于自己”,也是强调在“人之初,性本善”的基础上,如果离开了这个前提,那么就会给很多不法分子找上冠冕堂皇的借口,因为他们是完全是忠于自己的。这些给个人、家庭、社会带来严重不良影响的人是把“善待自己”极端化了,把自己,个人的欲望不断扩大从而伤害到他人,影响到社会就是纵容之罪了。善恶原本一线之隔,从养生的角度来说,只有凭着一颗善良的心意,对自己的身体好一点,才是善待的本意。

善待自己,珍爱自己。一个连自己都不爱的人,怎么懂得爱他人?又怎么体会他人对自己 的真心关爱呢?

首先,爱护自己的身体,就是爱惜父母的表现。试想,你的出生是父母一生之中最重要的劳动果实,他们比任何人都希望自己的子女健康快乐,长命百岁。古人云: “身体发肤,受之父母”。子女是母亲十月怀胎,心头上的一块肉,那些自残甚至自杀的人,不知在当时有没有想过?他们情何以堪的父母!而不懂爱护身体,不懂养生之道的人,同样应当值得深思。

其次,少壮不养生,老大徒伤悲。试想,父母年事已高,需要照顾,本来这是我们还报父母恩的最好时机,而我们却一病不起,不仅丝毫不能尽到为人子女的责任,还令他们日夜为我们担惊受怕。“君不见高堂明镜悲白发,朝如青丝暮成雪”,倘若如此,我们不该问心有愧么?

父母生养我们,是我们一生最值得尊敬的人,如若不能以健康之躯侍奉年老的父母,还谈什么爱护妻儿、相夫教子、扶助亲朋?所以,主动规范生活习惯的养生者,必定是一个有责任感的人。
珍爱自己,善待自己!因为我们每个人都很重要。我们是父母、爱人、子女生命中的太阳,父母的安享天年,夫妻的幸福生活,子女的美好前程,都离不开我们健康的身躯。说的再大一些,“国家兴亡,匹夫有责”,有抱负的人要报效祖国,没有好的身体怎么行!就算是在这和平年代,身体健康,精力充沛,工作起来也带劲,可以为社会的经济发展多做贡献。总之,无论想干什么,都得以身体健康为前提。请对自己的身体好一点,这比什么都重要。现在有的健康专家提倡“自私一点”,说的就是这个意思。

有人说我一辈子都不讲究这些。那么,请问你这辈子讲究什么?一个对自己的身体健康状况都不负责的人,你还期望他能创造多大的社会价值与个人价值?而生命的存在又有什么意义?我想,这世上哪有不重视自己身体状况的人呢?只是没能及时省悟罢了。而一部分省悟了的人,却是不得其法,这就是目前很多忙于各种健身运动而收效甚微的现状。时时与生活抗衡,不按部就班,不顺应潮流,于是生活回馈于自己的也只能是支离破碎的疾苦。试着有方法地对自己的身体好一点,只有活的健康、活得潇洒,才不枉此生,才不负这美好的时代。

但是,世人似乎看惯了他人的生老病死,习惯了自己有病的生活,因而对此疑虑重重:健康真的能够自主吗?我想说的是,你属于你自己,如果你想健康,任何人都没有权利阻拦你;相反,如果你不想健康,任何人都没办法帮你,佛菩萨也没那个能耐。健康是你自己的事情,求助于他人,终究得不到最好的结果。把身体交给医生,把精神交给宗教,都不是解决健康问题的最佳办法。就算是高僧大德,也只能起到引导的作用,而不能代替你解决问题。“师父邻进门,修行在个人。”何况,当今世上能够引领,人们走上健康大道的高僧大德少之又少。

目前,很多人不懂自爱,不在乎健康。他们以为,死亡来临之际,一切都已经完结,所以健不健康不重要。动机决定结果,他们不想健康,便注定了要忍受多余的痛苦。痛苦的感觉从身体蔓延到精神,似乎无处不在,因此他们就说:“人生就是苦的,所以我要找乐子。”错了,没有健康,哪来真正的快乐?实际上,所有的 “苦”都是他们自己造成的。

有人说,生活是虚幻的,是一场梦境,痛苦也好罢,都不用在意,梦醒后什么都好了,不对。宇宙是由无数个生命组合而成的。对于这个时空点来说,生命就是真实的,你现在的感受也是真实的。即便人生短暂,犹如梦境,那么,梦醒后你又在哪里?你的下一场梦又在哪里?难道成为死人后,你反而能把握自己么?至少,依靠现在这点真实感,我们还能掌控自己的生命。
掌控自己的生命。必须依赖健康修持;只有真正的健康修持,才能冲破现实和命运的桎梏,回归生命的自在。

One translation of Qi is "breath the breath of life", the animating principle that has no word in the English language. The visible and tangible world is simply seen as a condensation of Qi. When Chi condenses, says Zhang Zai, "forms appear".

In nature, Yang is the realm of sky and air; Yin is the realm of earth and vegetation. Yang rises up: Yin sinks downward. Yang is active, light and warm; Yin is quiet, dark and cool. Yang brings change; Yin maintains stability. Yang may be represented by fire; Yin by water. These naturally complementary forces are also seen at work in the human being. For convenience, they are addressed separately but need to be understood as mutually interdependent. It is their dynamic balance rather than a measure of their quantity that is important.

In the human body, Yang can be described as the field of activity of the sympathetic nervous system and the adrenal medulla. The sympathetic nervous system mobilizes our resources for action, responds to stimuli gets us ready and moving. Yin can be seen as the complementary field of activity of the parasympathetic nervous system and the adrenal cortex, which governs the more inner world of nutrition, maintenance and storage. Yin/Yang balance can be seen as the relative balance within these two branches of the nervous system, a dynamic relationship.

Yin provides the still point, the anchor for activity, the resting place of regeneration. It is the quiet pool inside to retire to and refresh ourselves. We connect with the Yin aspect through meditation and quietness, through turning the attention inward. It is nourished by adequate rest and relaxation and may be diminished by over stimulation.

Yang is connected to will, the motivating force within us. Yang provides the fire for all metabolic processes, just as it provides the fire that drives our lives and gives birth to our assertiveness in then world. It Is nourished through movement and activity, through having a goal through stimulation. Deficiency of yang is frequently tied into patterns of Spleen and Kidney Qi Deficiency and patterns of Cold. Damp and Stagnation, so it needs to be addressed
against this background. When the Yin becomes deficient for a long time then the Yang may also collapse through lack of fuel. This is typical in the deeper, more long-term patterns of exhaustion that are prevalent in today's culture.

Abundant Yang energy manifests as physical warmth and vitality, strong metabolism and a strong back. Sexual desire is strong, the willpower is assertive and there is fire and determination in the way a person engages with life. There is an ability to move forward through life, to rise to challenges and to find motivation easily. Deficient Yang energy is characterised by coldness, low energy and lack of motivation. The metabolism will also be slow and there will be a tendency towards Stagnation and the accumulation of Dampness.

Yin energy is contained within the fluid substances of the body: the intercellular fluids carrying nutrients and messages around the whole body, the joint-lubricating fluids, the sexual fluids. Abundant Yin energy manifests as deep physical reserve and the ability to continually replenish the body's physical and mental energy. The body is fertile, the mind calm and receptive. There is an ability to withdraw deep inside the self to visit and replenish the internal well of nourishment, both in sleep and daily activity. Deficient Yin energy is characterized by loss of the ability to calm and soothe the system. Exhaustion is deep-rooted and the nervous system strung out: There may be a tendency towards the build-up of Heat and Dryness.

我们的人生究竟有多少潜能还等待我们去挖掘,这个极为重要的问题被许多人所忽略,或许我们根本就不清楚什么是我们真正的潜能.我们的身体也许还未曾绽放,就已经枯萎.我们的精神,也许还未曾聚光,就已经耗散.如果,我们不曾达到人生的应有极限,就衰老颓废,那样的人生,尽管身家亿万,也将是终身遗憾,因为这一切皆是身外之物,与我们的身心无干.人生应当可以达到极为灿烂的境界,但这一切,不是追求外物所能获得的.而是要从内心找到光源.人生来都各有使命,而发掘人本身的价值,正是每个人都应该关注的.人本来可以过目不忘,本来可以一目十行,这是我们应有的记忆能力,本来可以经天纬地,运筹古今,这是我们应有的知觉能力.本来可以力擎千斤,腾跃数丈,这是我们应有的肢体能力.但由于我们心灵的杂染,让我们无法平静心情来全心投入.我们的心漂乎游荡.时时受各种感情牵扯纠缠.这就是每天的消耗,象是个沙漏,时时都在流失我们的能量.我们无法真正的集中精力,无法真正的聚集光源.那我们就永远无法达到燃点,永远无法让生命的激情燃烧.这将是我们人生的缺失.当然,如果您对此茫然无知,也就自然无怨无悔.

我们生来禀赋不同,有人聪明,有人愚顿,有人健壮,有人嬴弱,有人刚强,有人怯懦.有时,我们深深的感到,似乎自己无论如何的努力奋斗,也达到不了别人轻松就可以达到的境界.为此,我们可能会不断拼搏,以期缩短与强者的距离,我们可能会舍去休息的时间来加紧充电,头悬梁,锥刺骨,以弥补我们先天的不足.但这一切的努力总显得勉为其难,总显得力不从心.因为这种拼体力的做法,只是在消耗你可怜的精力.让你象一个没有钱还在押宝的赌徒,最后,连身上的衣服也要输光.

俗话说:人过四十天过午.到了不惑之年,很多人已隐约嗅到了衰老的气息.而且觉得这理所当然,无法逆转.其实,我们才刚刚出生.我们正要中兴重振.与二十岁的青年不用谈养生,他们正动如脱兔,活力四射,与三十岁的人无暇谈养生.他们正挥斥方遒,纵横职场.而四十岁,正是稍停喘息的时候,此时既觉前力渐消,又觉后力难继,正是关注养生之时,无忧患便无举措,无需求便无渴望.但此时,很多人缺少的是重振雄风的信心.而没有自信,一切便无从谈起.此时,我们需要榜样的力量.

79岁的瑜伽老人沈维德,62岁时体弱多病,才开始练习瑜伽,四年的时间,便练成了各种高难动作,百病皆除,成了世界级的知名人物.经上海中医药大学测试,其生理年龄比实际年龄年轻18岁.

如果一个古稀老人都可以成就如此回天之术,向世间展示生命的巨大潜能,生命的无比荣耀,那我们这些拥有大好时光的人,怎么可以轻言放弃呢?人生短暂,转瞬即逝,知道了身体的宝藏而不抓紧挖掘,明白了生命的真谛而不起而求索.那您又将重蹈覆辙,流入衰老的惯性之旅.今生都再难有逆转的时机.

有人会问,身体的宝藏在哪里,我们如何挖掘,生命的真谛是什么,我们怎么求索.这不是我能回答的问题.但如果你真的相信它真是个问题,那么,你必将获得你想要的答案.

按着生物学的原理,哺乳动物的寿命是它的生长期的5倍至7倍。人的生长期是用最后一颗牙齿长出来的时间(20至25岁)来计算的。因此,人的寿命最短100岁,最长175岁,公认的人之寿命,正常应该是120岁。

药品的危害

在“舒服”和“好多了”声中患癌,又在药物的作用下极其痛苦的死去。这就是使用药物的结果。

大家都知道,极其痛苦的死亡是每位癌症患者最后的结果,但不知道是使用药品“缓解其痛苦”的结果,是每一感觉“好点”之后,就会又一次更加痛苦过程的到来,也是一次加速死亡的过程(某些医生或认为不用药疼死了怎么办,这种认识是不科学的,也是荒唐可笑的)。这个问题只要大家想想,特别是癌症患者和其家人、以及长期治疗癌症病人的临床医生是应该认识得到的。

大家疑惑的是“在舒服”“好多了”声中患癌。我说的意思是,当你每次患病之后,通过药物治疗,你会感觉症状明显好转,医生便问你:现在感觉怎么样?你会回答说:好点,舒服多了。就是在这样一次又一次有疗效的治疗疾病后的药物和病毒的积累,才有后来的慢性病和癌症。为什么这样说呢,因为你们在用药治疗感冒或消炎退烧等等各种疾病时,其实只是消除症状,病并没因此而治好,其炎症或病毒在药品的作用下,会进入到人体更深、更隐蔽的器官组织中去。很明显也是大家能接受的例子,就是有的儿童在用药退烧之后出现聋哑。而现代医学只归其为副作用,你们认为科学吗?类似问题很多,只需要大家细心观察,打破思维框框是不难理解的。

有的人对我以前说的和前面说的不理解,你是不是在危言耸听,我们经常打针吃药有几个患癌症的?非也,人体结构,除了个别人之外基本是相同的,但在相同的结构中其器官所发挥作用的能力是各有不同的,这些病的转移也是随着人的不同,在药的作用下进入人的某一环节,这个环节也是因人而异各有不同的;是在达到一定限度之后才会成为我们平常所见的慢性病和癌症,也有某些好药品对于某些人来说只需一次用药,让你“好多了”“效果真好”中产生出慢性病和癌症来。是死亡的导火索,这类人只要继续用效果好的药物治疗便很快死亡。如某些知名人物就是如此。当然从吃药打针到患病也是有时间过程的。有的浅伏期一个月,有的半年或更长时间,这也是因药因人而异的。那些长期用着某些药又没死亡的人,他们应该庆幸,这些药在没治好他的时,其转移速度相对较慢,或者说还没达到一定程度,比喻治疗高血压的药物,还有降糖的药物、治疗乙肝的药物等等,都是要在药达到一定限度之后,才能让人体器官不能维系生命。

那些打着点滴即将去世的人们只要你认真回忆一下,从你追求疗效好的药物开始,你就走上了不归路。

掌握人體生殺大權的是氣血

補足氣血,讓每個臟器都吃得飽飽的

一說起氣血,一般人都覺得是很玄的東西。中醫認為,一個人健康的標準就是氣血充足。人體的臟器就如同人一樣,吃得飽了,幹起活來才有勁。而血就是臟器的「飯」。

當體內的各種臟器每天都能吃上滿滿一大碗乾飯時,幹勁就十足,工作就幹得好。而當人體的總血量不夠,也就是給臟器減了飯量,雖然它們都還在運轉,但因為沒吃飽,就容易疲勞、無力、抵抗力下降,就出現了人們常說的「亞健康」狀態。時間一長,各臟器由於供血不足,各種疾病都會惹上身來。

心臟沒吃飽〈供皿小足〉就會心慌、氣短、胸悶,這時,特別想休息,就出現了間歇,心跳的次數就會越來越慢,心就開始痛。這是在提醒你,它餓了、累了,你沒管它,或者只是給它吃了一些擴血管的藥物,可根本原因並沒有改善。當缺血症狀進一步加重,血管不能充盈,就會造成閉塞、心梗,最後危及生命。

大腦沒吃飽,輕者頭暈、記憶力下降,重者因遠端末梢的血管得不到充足的血液而乾癟、閉塞,繼而出現腦缺血、腦梗塞,時間一長,腦子開始變「瘦」,腦萎縮、老年癡呆症也開始發生。

肝臟吃不飽,這個「人體化工廠」的工作量就開始萎縮,以前吃一斤肉,它都能轉化成人體所需要的能量,而這時沒勁幹了,一斤的肉,它只能轉化7兩,餘下3兩只好以脂肪的形式棄置在肝臟裡,形成脂肪肝;或者堆積在血管裡形成高血脂。

腎臟也是一樣,沒吃飽,它擔負的排毒工作就不能保質保量地完成,如此,身體內的各種毒肯定就不能反時排到體外,就容易引起尿酸、尿素過高。

胰腺也是一樣,吃飽了就能奉獻給人體充足的胰島素,沒吃飽時,糖不能被正常代謝,多餘的糖就存留在血管裡,血糖自然增高了。

所以,血的重要性是我的食療理論中的核心內容,只要食物營養豐富、搭配合理就能保證人體內血的品質和濃度;保證了胃腸的消化吸收能力就能讓人血量充足。要記住,食療的重要性是貫穿人一生的,也是要落實在每天的每一頓飯上面的。

 

溫度決定生死

氣是什麼?「血為氣之母,氣為血之帥」,這是用來形容氣血關係的最常用的一句話。

中醫學對氣的解釋是這樣的:氣是由先天之精華、水穀之精氣和吸入的自然界的清氣所組成。氣具有很強的活力,不停地運動著,中醫學以氣的運動來解釋生命活動。氣的主要功能是:推動、溫煦、防禦、固攝和氣化,即具有推動血液、津液的生成與運行,推動臟腑組織的各種生理活動的作用。人體的氣,又分為元氣、宗氣、營氣、衛氣以及臟腑之氣。元氣,又稱「原氣」,是先天之精華所化生,並受後天水穀精氣的補充,是人體生命活動的原動力。宗氣以自然界吸入的清氣和水穀精氣結合而成,貫注於心肺之脈,與呼吸及循環密切相關。營氣是血液的重要組成部分,由水穀精氣所化生,運行於脈中。衛氣,有保衛的意思,由水穀精氣所化生,活力特別強,流動迅速,運行於皮膚、肌肉、全身內外上下,能護衛肌表,溫養臟腑,並調節汗孔開合和汗液的排泄,維持體溫恒定。

一天看電視,有一個節目是介紹太陽系裡各大行星的,裡面說:人類生存的地球離太陽的距離不遠不近,有著常年平均17℃的溫度,給萬物生長提供了最好的生長條件。而離太陽近的水星、金星,因為溫度高達400℃以上,水都蒸發了,離太陽較遠的木星、土星等,因溫度在零下100℃,全都是冰。彗星也是由一大團冰凍的氣體夾雜冰粒和塵埃物質組成,土星雖有著美麗的光環,也是由冰塊和砂礫組成。而這些星球上都沒有什麼動植物生長。

看到這兒,我茅塞頓開,原來地球上的氣溫是萬物生長的必需條件。溫度使地球上的冰塊融化成充滿活力、滋養著萬物的水;又使水變成了蒸氣,使空氣更加清新、滋潤,孕育著生命。

水在我們人體的表現形式就是血液,它滋養著我們全身,當溫度降低時,血液流速減慢,就出現滯澀、瘀堵,當溫度進一步降低,血液就會凝固,人就面臨死亡。

使血液能流動起來的動力是溫度,它使血液在我們全身循環不息,維持著各臟器的生理活動,讓生命獲得保障。

當想明白了溫度的重要性,當悟出了溫度可以決定人的氣血盛衰的時候,我對生命就有了更全面的認識。

而這時再去看中醫對氣的解釋,就發現溫度的作用與中醫所說的「氣」非常相似,中醫所說的氣是由先天之精氣、水穀之精氣和吸入的自然界清氣所組成,而其中的先天之精氣、水穀之精氣都能用溫度輕易地解釋。

先天之精氣其實代表的是先天之本的「腎」。腎為一身之陽,就像人體內的一團火,溫煦、照耀著全身。孩子之所以被稱做「純陽之體」,就是因為腎氣足,腎氣足就說明火力旺,代謝旺盛,總是處於生長、發育的狀態,而老人腎氣衰了,體溫就偏低,火力不足,循環代謝也就減慢了,身體逐漸衰弱。正如《黃帝內經》所說,「陽氣者,若天與日,失其所,則折壽而不彰」,意思是說:「陽氣就好像天上的太陽一樣,給大自然以光明和溫暖,如果失去了它,萬物便不得生存。人體若沒有陽氣,體內就失去了新陳代謝的活力,一片黑暗,這樣,生命就要停止。」

對於腎臟,中醫裡永遠只存在著補,從沒有瀉的說法。不能給腎臟撤火,更不能滅火,只有通過不斷地、適度地添加燃料,才能讓腎火燒得長久而旺盛。

腎就是人的根,就如大樹的樹根一樣,只有從根上施肥、鬆土才能生長旺盛,只要樹根能不斷吸收營養,才能牢牢地紮在大地更深、更遠。就是大樹給吹斷了,只要有根在,還會發新枝、長新葉。人也是一樣,只要保住腎,也就是保住人的根,人就永遠健康,永遠充滿活力。

而給人的根不斷補充營養的、添加燃料的,讓t腎火不滅的就是被稱為「後天之本」的脾胃,是脾胃把食物化成了充足的血液,這就是我理解的「血為氣之母,氣為血之帥」。

補氣就是補腎、暖腎、保暖、去寒,氣血充足就是身體內血液的量足、質優、腎氣足、基礎體溫偏高、各臟器功能正常、代謝旺盛、血脈暢通;氣血兩虧就是身體內血液的量少、質劣、腎氣虛、基礎體溫低、各臟器功能低下、代謝緩慢、血脈運行不暢。

所以,補氣的目的就是讓身體保持適宜的溫度,再加上宗氣,也就是人在大自然中吸入的新鮮空氣。這樣人才能鮮活地立於天地之間。

Extract 1:

{人体生命起源于精,精是与生俱来的,禀受于先天,所以《灵枢-本神篇》说:“故生之来谓之精”。所以,精是构成人体的基本物质。}

Extract 2:

{气源于精。元精形成之时,元气同时产生。在母体内,七七四十九天之前,脐带未生,胎息不成,无外来动力来源,故而元精的生长,完全依赖元气的推动,温煦和滋养。气与精之间这种关系,在后天生命的生长上继续得以体现:人从外界获取营养(精),为后天生命提供源源不断的动力(气),共同维系生命的正常运行。后天之精的主要表现形式是血液,故言“气为血之帅,血为气之母”。可见,气是精的运动形式,是人体生命活动的根本和动力。}

Extract 3:

{元精、元气形成之时,元神随之产生。《灵枢-本神篇论》说:“故生之来谓之精,两精相搏谓之神。”元精、元气的互生互动,受生命发展的规律所限,这个规律存于元神,元神掌控着先天生命形成的全过程,并将生命信息赐予元精、元气,是人体生命全息信息的根源。所以,神由精气而生,但反过来,又能支配精气的活动。正如医学大家张景岳所说:“虽神精气而生,然所以统 精气而为运用之主者,则又在吾心之神。”}

{《黄帝内经》上说:诸病于内,必形于外。形体的表现就是内心世界的最真实写照。这是无法掩盖和隐藏的,你内心的虚弱必然会表现在你外部的形态上,对着镜子,你会发现你的目光游离不定,头颅低垂畏缩,胸膛凹陷无力,脊椎弯曲伛偻。录下你的声音,你会从中听出软弱,不自信,就象是在哀求别人,仿佛是那漂浮在水面上的羽毛,无足轻重。以这种举止形象,怎么会得到别人的信任,别人的不信任,通常就是让我们自己不自信的重要原因,但如果你的气质不能有意识的去主动改变,而总是顾影自怜,希冀别人的同情,那终将使自己更加软弱,最终一文不值。}
